Many children have a severe allergic reaction to milk, peanuts, wheat, shellfish, latex and other types of allergens during their childhood. Having a child with these types of allergic reactions can be challenging. Even something as simple as a trip to the mall can be daunting. You wonder if it’s safe to feed your child food from the food court, or did they use latex gloves preparing it. You wonder if peanut oil was used in any of the foods and not listed on their menu. Even a friend’s birthday party becomes a hazard. You question the food he or she eats, the toys at the party and whether they are made of latex. You question everything like if peanut oil, wheat or milk was used in the birthday cake. Or if the latex balloons are going to trigger an allergic reaction in your child. The are so many substances that can cause a sever allergic reaction. Some of the more common ones are wheat allergy, an allergy to shellfish, peanut allergies, milk or lactose allergy, the list seems to be endless..

Celebrate a graduation party in a unique way ? with a theme. Whether it is high school, college or technical school, a celebration is in order for all of the hard work done.
Themes people generally use for graduation parties are the school colors or mascots. If you want to add a twist, use a Dr. Seuss book title. ?Oh, the Places You?ll Go? was his last book before his death. It doesn?t talk about a graduation per se, but it talks about moving on and up in the world. It gives a nice little twist to a graduation celebration.

A disturbing trend in our modern society is the way we, as parents, turn our children?s? days into regimented routines of organized, adult-led extracurricular activities like volleyball practice, gymnastics class, tee-ball games, and dance recitals along with other time consuming functions and commitments. We do all of this at the expense of free play, discovery and exploration, relaxing downtime, and far too-often, family meals. Long gone, it would seem, are the days of homework followed by ample free time (to be silly kids!), all before a sit down family dinner. It doesn’t really have to be that way.

Shrek is the colorful main character in the Shrek movies, and a Shrek party makes for a wonderful afternoon for a boy or a girl. Now that Shrek has come out with his third movie, Shrek the Third, Shrek parties are more popular than ever!
A Shrek party is great for any child who loves the Shrek movies. Pre-made invitations may be purchased at any dollar, discount or party outlets supply store. If the party is being thrown on a budget make invitations at home using a mossy green cardstock and attaching Shrek stickers to one side. Write or print the party information on the other side and the guests will be excited to attend the Shrek party.

There are certain milestones in life that deserve a celebration, and one of the biggest is the 21st birthday. This is usually considered a time when someone fully becomes an adult. One of the biggest things that happens when you turn 21 is that you finally get to drink — legally anyway. Because of this, a good way to celebrate the occasion is to have a theme that revolves around drinking or alcohol.
